Engineering and additive manufacturing support for the factory floor.
Production Tooling
Faster Problem Solving
Reliable Supply
You can’t afford to let a missing fixture, a broken machine part, an outdated tool, or a long supplier lead time slow down production. Additive gives you a practical way to solve those problems fast, and it often improves ergonomics, repeatability, throughput, and uptime along the way.
We work right alongside your manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, and automation teams to build jigs, fixtures, end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), machine components, replacement parts, and production tooling. We bring application review, design support, process selection, inspection, and repeat manufacturing together, so you’ve got a partner you can count on for both urgent fixes and long-term improvements.
An Engineering Partner For The Factory Floor
From Urgent Need to Repeatable Solution
The best solutions often start with a simple problem: an operator needs a safer way to hold a part, a robot needs a lighter gripper, a machine needs a discontinued component, or quality needs a repeatable way to inspect. We turn those needs into practical hardware.
We run selective laser sintering and polymer powder bed fusion (SLS/PBF), vat photopolymerization (SLA/VPP), and material extrusion (MEX), so we can match the process and material to your part’s load, geometry, environment, accuracy, surface, lead time, and quantity requirements, instead of forcing every project onto one technology.
Where We Can Help
Jigs and fixtures
Assembly nests, drill guides, locating fixtures, inspection gauges, poka-yoke devices, alignment tools, and ergonomic workholding.
End-of-arm tooling
Lightweight grippers, vacuum manifolds, finger sets, sensor mounts, cable routing, and quick-change robotic interfaces.
Machine components
Guards, covers, brackets, guides, ducts, chutes, knobs, handles, spacers, wear components, and equipment interfaces.
Replacement parts
Obsolete or unavailable components, temporary repairs, bridge parts, digitally stored spares, and low-volume service items.
Production tooling
Forming aids, trim tools, soft jaws, molds, patterns, masking tools, custom trays, and application-specific tooling.
Process improvement
Prototype automation hardware, error-proofing devices, ergonomic aids, line-balancing tools, and rapid continuous-improvement trials.
The Right Process For The Application
Multiple Polymer Technologies
Not sure which process fits? That’s our job.
SLS/PBF
makes tough engineering-polymer parts and complex shapes without support structures, a strong fit for many production aids and machine components.
SLA/VPP
is great for fine features, smooth surfaces, patterns, molds, gauges, and specialized resins.
MEX
is fast, works with a wide range of thermoplastics and reinforced materials, handles large parts, and is practical for tooling and fixtures.
We’ll weigh loads, temperature, chemicals, wear, accuracy, geometry, quantity, and service expectations, then walk you through the tradeoffs.
Tools That Improve The Work
Designed Around People and Processes
A good fixture does a lot more than hold a part. It can shorten cycle time, cut variation, prevent assembly errors, make operators more comfortable, simplify training, and make your process more consistent. Additive makes it practical to tailor every tool to the part, the workstation, the operator, and the production sequence.
We look at the whole use case: loads, fasteners, temperature, chemicals, wear, cleaning, how operators handle it, robot motion, inspection points, and expected service life. The result is hardware designed for your job, not a generic printed stand-in.
Engineering Opportunities
- Conformal workholding that supports complex part geometry.
- Ribs, bosses, inserts, and reinforcement placed where loads occur.
- Lightweight EOAT that can reduce robot payload and improve response.
- Integrated sensors, vacuum passages, cable routing, labels, and attachment points.
- Color coding, poka-yoke features, and operator-focused ergonomics.
- Part consolidation and reduced assembly complexity.
Accelerate Development And Testing
Move from CAD to Hardware Faster
Manufacturing problems don’t wait for long sourcing cycles, and neither do we. Bring us a sketch, CAD file, drawing, failed part, or physical sample, and we’ll turn it into working hardware fast, so you can install it, test it, refine it, and get it on the line without unnecessary delay.
You can try multiple concepts or workstation-specific versions without committing to hard tooling. That makes additive especially valuable for continuous improvement, automation development, new product introductions, pilot lines, temporary capacity, and fast-changing production needs.
Support Low-Volume And Legacy Parts
Manufacture What Is Difficult to Source
One small machine part can shut down an entire process when the original is obsolete, unavailable, or stuck behind a long lead time. Additive gives you a practical route to replacement, bridge, and service parts without new molds or big minimum orders.
Send us the existing part, a drawing, a CAD file, or a physical sample. We’ll figure out what it needs to do and tell you honestly whether additive is a viable replacement path. Approved designs can then be stored digitally, so repeat orders are faster and you can carry less spare-parts inventory.
Engineering And Manufacturing Support
More Than a Print Service
Good manufacturing hardware takes more than picking a material and hitting print. We look at the whole application: loads, vibration, temperature, chemicals, dimensions and tolerances, wear, how operators use it, installation environment, inspection, quantity, and expected service conditions.

Quality Matched To Your Application
Quality and Qualification
A temporary assembly aid, a precision inspection fixture, a robot gripper, and a machine part running in a tough environment all come with very different requirements. We’ll work with you to sort out the documentation, material control, traceability, inspection, testing, and qualification your part actually needs.
Material data alone does not qualify a finished component for every industrial application. Final validation should consider foreseeable loads, temperature, vibration, impact, chemicals, wear, cleaning methods, attachment, guarding, operator safety, and the consequences of failure.
Critical applications require customer approval and an application-specific validation plan before production use.
