Architecture And Construction Additive Manufacturing
Make The Vision Tangible. Solve The Complex Detail.
Build With Confidence.
Additive manufacturing support for architects, contractors, fabricators, and building-product teams.

Large-Format Parts
You’re asked to communicate ambitious ideas, coordinate complex geometry, and deliver one-of-a-kind details, usually on a tight schedule. Additive turns your digital design into physical models, fabrication aids, custom components, and large-format forms, without waiting on conventional tooling.
We work with architects, general contractors, specialty fabricators, building-product manufacturers, exhibit teams, and construction engineers, from early design conversations through field-ready production. Our job is to make difficult geometry easy to understand, possible to build, and repeatable.
A Production Partner For The Built Environment
From Digital Design to Physical Result
Every project brings its own mix of communication, coordination, fabrication, and installation challenges. We help you go from BIM, CAD, scan data, sketches, or physical references to models and working components you can review, refine, and get produced on schedule.
We run selective laser sintering and polymer powder bed fusion (SLS/PBF), vat photopolymerization (SLA/VPP), and material extrusion (MEX), so we can match the process and material to the scale, detail, strength, finish, environmental exposure, quantity, and lead time your project needs, instead of forcing every project onto one technology.
Where We Can Help
Architectural models
Presentation models, massing studies, site models, sectional models, facade studies, interiors, and detailed assemblies for review or display.
Custom architectural components
Decorative elements, complex trim, screens, diffusers, connection covers, bespoke hardware, and geometry tailored to a specific project.
Tooling and fabrication aids
Patterns, molds, formwork inserts, drill guides, routing templates, assembly fixtures, inspection gauges, and installation aids.
Large-format components
Full-scale mockups, facade features, sculptural forms, exhibit structures, oversized patterns, and lightweight assemblies produced in sections.
Coordination and field support
Interface models, penetration templates, alignment tools, replacement parts, protective covers, and project-specific adapters.
Building-product development
Functional prototypes, appearance models, test articles, sales samples, customized variants, bridge production, and low-volume components.
The Right Process For The Application
Multiple Polymer Technologies
Not sure which process fits? That’s our job.
SLS/PBF
makes tough engineering-polymer parts and complex shapes without support structures, a strong fit for detailed models, connection components, fixtures, and repeat production.
SLA/VPP
delivers fine architectural detail, smooth surfaces, transparent elements, molds, masters, and presentation-quality models.
MEX
is quick to iterate, offers reinforced materials and cost-effective tooling, and can produce large parts in sections that are joined together.
We’ll weigh scale, load, exposure, finish, accuracy, geometry, quantity, and installation needs, then walk you through the tradeoffs.
Resolve The Detail Before It Reaches The Field
Physical Models Improve Decisions
Some things you just can’t see on a screen. A physical model lets your team check massing, sightlines, facade rhythm, circulation, connections, constructability, access, and sequencing while changes are still cheap.
And additive keeps your design intact. Curves, lattices, organic forms, intricate openings, and project-specific details come through as designed, with no simplifying the idea just to suit traditional model-making.
High-Value Project Uses
- Client presentations, design reviews, and stakeholder approvals.
- Site, massing, facade, interior, and sectional studies.
- Full-scale connection, interface, and installation mockups.
- Patterns and tooling for casting, composites, concrete, and specialty fabrication.
- Custom components that consolidate assemblies and preserve design intent.
Accelerate Design And Coordination
Move from Model to Decision Faster
We turn your evolving design data into physical parts quickly, so you can check scale, fit, finish, interfaces, and assembly before drawings are released or field work begins. Revisions don’t mean rebuilding tooling or hand-making a model from scratch.
That speed keeps designers, owners, fabricators, trades, and installers on the same page. Once the geometry’s approved, the same digital file can drive more models, tooling, templates, replacement parts, or controlled low-volume production.
Produce What Standard Supply Cannot
Custom and Low-Volume by Design
Architecture is full of parts that exist for one location, one geometry, or one project. Additive makes one-offs and small runs practical, without a mold and without forcing your design into a catalog part.
It’s just as useful when a legacy part isn’t available, a field condition changes, or a building-product team needs custom variants. Approved designs can live on as digital inventory, ready to reproduce or revise for future phases, renovations, and replacements.
Engineering And Manufacturing Support
More Than a Print Service
Great architectural and construction parts take more than picking a material and hitting print. We look at everything: scale, geometry, loads, temperature, UV and weather, flame or smoke requirements, finish, dimensions and tolerances, joining and attachment, handling, transport, installation, inspection, quantity, and long-term service conditions.
Application and manufacturability reviews
Design for additive manufacturing
Process and material selection
Prototype production, inspection, testing, and repeat manufacturing
Quality Matched To Your Application
Quality and Project Qualification
A presentation model, a fabrication fixture, temporary tooling, and a permanently installed building component all come with very different requirements. We’ll work with you to sort out the documentation, material control, traceability, inspection, testing, finish, and qualification your part actually needs.
Material data alone does not qualify a finished part for every construction application. Final validation should consider foreseeable loading, fastening, creep, impact, temperature, sunlight, moisture, chemicals, cleaning, fire and smoke requirements, code obligations, installation conditions, durability, and the consequences of failure.
Structural, life-safety, exterior, and code-regulated applications require customer approval and an application-specific validation plan.
