Custom Manufacturing Solutions
Every industry brings its own mix of performance requirements, production constraints, timelines, and risk. We help engineering and product teams find where additive makes a real difference, then build a practical path from concept to qualified hardware.
We’ve worked on highly regulated programs, in tough industrial environments, on customer-facing products and specialized research equipment, and on true one-of-a-kind applications. Whether you need a single prototype, a production part, durable tooling, or a digitally stored replacement part, we build the solution around your application.
Industry Experience Applied To Your Challenge
Explore Our Industry Solutions
The best additive projects start with the problem, not the printer. That’s why we bring application review, design for additive manufacturing, process selection, material guidance, inspection, and repeatable production support to every project, whatever your industry.

Different Industries Share The Same Manufacturing Pressures
Common Challenges We Help Solve
No matter the industry, most customers come to us for the same few reasons: conventional sourcing is too slow, tooling is hard to justify, the geometry has gotten too complex, an obsolete part isn’t available anymore, or the volumes just don’t fit traditional manufacturing.
- Reduce lead time for prototypes, tooling, and production parts.
- Produce complex geometry without multiplying components or assembly steps.
- Support one-off, customized, and low-volume requirements economically.
- Replace obsolete or difficult-to-source components from a digital inventory.
- Move successful designs from development into repeatable production.
The Right Process For The Application
Multiple Polymer Technologies
We run selective laser sintering and polymer powder bed fusion (SLS/PBF), vat photopolymerization (SLA/VPP), and material extrusion (MEX), so we can choose the process around how your part needs to perform, instead of forcing every project onto one platform. Before we recommend a process and material, we look at geometry, load, temperature, chemical and environmental exposure, dimensions, surface finish, color, flexibility, transparency, quantity, and expected service life.
Not sure which process fits? That’s our job.
SLS/PBF
is a strong fit for durable engineering-polymer parts and efficient batch production.
SLA/VPP
handles fine features, smooth surfaces, transparent or flexible parts, molds, and highly detailed work.
MEX
offers broad material choice, reinforced and high-temperature options, fast iteration, tooling, and large-format parts.
We’ll walk you through the tradeoffs before recommending a path.
Support From First Question Through Repeat Production
A Partner Beyond The Print
You don’t need a finished CAD file or a fully defined spec to get started. We can begin with an idea, an existing part, a failure mode, a performance target, or a supply-chain problem. From there, we’ll help you define the requirement, check manufacturability, improve the design, pick the process, and decide how much inspection and documentation your application needs.
Application discovery and feasibility review
Design for additive manufacturing and part consolidation
Material and process selection
Prototype builds and design iteration
Inspection, testing, documentation, and controlled production
Finishing, assembly, packaging, and repeat-order support
Quality Matched To Your Application
Define Requirements Before Production
A visual model, a factory fixture, a medical-device component, and a flight application don’t need the same controls. We’ll work with you to sort out the material, traceability, documentation, inspection, testing, finishing, and qualification your part actually needs.
Final validation remains application-specific. Critical or regulated applications require customer approval, clearly defined acceptance criteria, and a qualification plan that considers foreseeable loading, environment, cleaning, chemical exposure, durability, regulatory obligations, and the consequences of failure.
